Looks like a bug with ClamAV is causing an out of memory issue, which kills clamd. This results in the mail watch screen filling up with the same email every few seconds and shows one outgoing email queued. A reboot clears the issue, but come back around an hour later.
I'm disabling clam in the mailscanner.conf for now until I get it resolved (I have AV in my mail client so I'm not too concerned right now)
