EFA-Configure no longer working after upgrade

After upgrading to latest 3.0.0.4 version I can no longer launch the EFA-Configure utility. Nothing happens - no error and no menu options appear.

The file size of EFA-Configre, EFA-SA-Update and EFA-Backup is 0 bytes.

Can anybody assist?

these files have "0" bytes so I don't see how they will do anything
