Hello fellows,
I have EFA-3.0.2.6 installed and all work fine except for visualization.
Since two weeks, when I click on "i" in recent messages for see sender, score etc etc, I see just few information, like you can see in attached image.

Before this issue, I saw all I need for valutate the message.

clam is not running due yara related errors and the free geoip is not available anymore. Just read the 2 posts above how to solve it
and please report back success or failure

after a fresh install or upgrade to 3.0.2.6 you may need to add symlink back for backward compatibility
# Add init.d symlink back for backward compatibility
# ln -s /etc/init.d/mailscanner /etc/init.d/MailScanner

Hi,

We have same problem with new installation.
(EFA-3.0.2.5 and EFA-3.0.2.6)
I tried add the new symlink, but this solution doesnt work for us.
When I try to click on (i) in recent messages (or quarantined messages) I see just few information, like "gigabello" original bug report.
The system message from postfix, displays correctly, but all incoming messages are not display details.

Can anybody help me?

Did you read all posts mentioned? As you have a new installation, you should.

-geoip update
-clam update
-new symlink
