Upgrade to 3.0.2.6 stuck

Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade my E.F.A. virtual appliance to 3.0.2.6, my current version is 3.0.2.5, but every time when I run the update option (14), the process stucks at Beginning System Backup at XXXXXX. As my installation is virtual appliance and I make snapshots of the installation before any upgrade/update/major reconfiguration, how can I miss the step with the backup?
