Looks like it was already gone in 3.0.2.3.
Since I did a manual freshclam -v several times , i can't check the /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log for recent runtimes.
No need to mention the need for updates
There should be a freshclam job in /etc/cron.daily. ( or is there another way to update?)
