3.0.2.3 Issues - quarantine release and spam reporting

Post by tjg88 »

I'm having some issues with version 3.0.2.3.

First is when a user clicks to release a quarantined message, they get a web page that states they have already released the message when we know they haven't previously released it.

Second, when a user click to report a spam message, she gets a forbidden message stating: You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/learn-msg.cgi on this server.

Please upgrade to 3.0.2.4 and let us know if the same issues are occurring. :) Major upgrades for the MailWatch code base in 3.0.2.4 compared to 3.0.2.3.

The second issue has been resolved.

I'm still having an issue where someone releases a message from quarantine by clicking the link in the message they receive, and the message does not get released. When we attempt to re-release it from the e-mail message, the web site states it has already been released.

What do you see in /var/log/maillog as you try to release a message?
