I'm having some issues with version 3.0.2.3.
First is when a user clicks to release a quarantined message, they get a web page that states they have already released the message when we know they haven't previously released it.
Second, when a user click to report a spam message, she gets a forbidden message stating: You don't have permission to access /cgi-bin/learn-msg.cgi on this server.

Please upgrade to 3.0.2.4 and let us know if the same issues are occurring. Major upgrades for the MailWatch code base in 3.0.2.4 compared to 3.0.2.3.

The second issue has been resolved.
I'm still having an issue where someone releases a message from quarantine by clicking the link in the message they receive, and the message does not get released. When we attempt to re-release it from the e-mail message, the web site states it has already been released.

What do you see in /var/log/maillog as you try to release a message?
