3.0.2.4 Editing users Permission problem

Hi
I got this error when editing domain admins
Error: You don't have the permissions to create/edit/delete admins
I hade to edit them in mysql

Domain admins can no longer modify other domain admins or admins. Only full admins have this role. This is because this is a security problem. A domain admin could elevate another domain admin, which means you could simply create another domain admin account, elevate it to admin, and boom, you have control of the entire system.

However, I do see that there seems to be an issue....

I can't edit a domain admin as a full admin either.
