getting forbidden error in the greylist

Post by SharazJek »

i am getting this message on various random clicks on the greylist, sometimes a link works, sometimes it errors.

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /sgwi/connect.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

i am not sure what the nature of this issue is, or how to resolve it. error on my end, or a bug in current version. any ideas?

Not a bug, but an overzealous mod_security plugin in apache.

Head over to EFA-Configure, go to apache settings, and disable modsecurity.

I believe that modsecurity is not adding a lot to the security of the appliance and is causing more problems.
