After Release, Mail from Apache@mydomain.com treated as Spam

Post by Dawara »

Hi,
We are having an strange behavior. ( eFa-3.0.1.9 )

Steps ...
1. A mail Arrives and is tagged as Spam.
2. Postmaster sent an advice to the organization user telling about the possible spam, with the release link.
3. The user click the link to release that email.
4. apache@mydomain.com send the released email...... but IS TAGGED AS spam.... so

step 5 .... postmaster send an advice tellgin the user that a mail from APACHE@MYDOMAIN.COM could be SPAM.... with a link to release...

user release... And so on....

Note: The original email has a lot of CC destinations.

There is a way to workarround this_?
Thanks in advance..
Best Regards

That function is deprecated for that and other reasons, use the release options in the spam reports instead.
