Access denied to clamd after expanding TNEF archive

Saw this in my logs:
gogling only found one relevant result pointing to a similar but unresolved issue: http://lists.mailscanner.info/pipermail ... 03959.html
any ideas? btw. there is no "problem" here, EFA worked, analyzed and correctly let this message through without any hiccups.
