mod-security issue. If you watch logs /var/log/httpd, you will likely see it triggered. You can make an exception yourself, but it will be resolve in 3.0.2.0 maintenance release.

Go ahead and disable mod-security in EFA-Configure. I've decided to shut it off in 3.0.2.4.
