3.0.08 ClamAV updates fail

Hello,

I downloaded the latest Hyper-V-package (Version 3.0.0.8) and ran through the setup "wizard".
After that I connected to the webmin page and installed over 200 package updates. These updates have been finished successfully except for:
- clamav - Anti-virus software - New version 0.99-3.el6
- clamav-db - Virus database for clamav - New version 0.99-3.el6
- clamd - The Clam AntiVirus Daemon - New version 0.99-3.el6

These packages fail with the following error:

Whatever I do, the updates fail (I tried updating webmin version first, install updates individually, rebooting... I even downloaded the complete EFA package again and set it up again but still no success)
Do you have any ideas what I could do?

Did I overlook something or is there no descpription how to update the packages or clamav updates?
If I check via
sudo /usr/local/sbin/EFA-Update -check
I get the message that I am already running 3.0.0.8 (and I don't want a major upgrade, I just want the clamav updates to be installed correctly).
Can someone help me here?
