What version of EFA are you using? Was it built from scratch or prepackaged?

MailScanner Processing Attempts Bug
http://lists.mailscanner.info/pipermail ... 01246.html
This is causing some issues for some EFA users out there with high email traffic. I didn't understand what was causing it, but this MailScanner list post provides insight and a workaround, specifically for CentOS 6.

Try both of these:
Code: Select all
su postfix -s /bin/bash -c 'razor-admin -create'
su postfix -s /bin/bash -c 'razor-admin -register'

Have you run through EFA-Configure and set up both mail servers?

Re: No from field.
It means these messages don't have a From field in the header defined. Typical for many types of spam.

Sorry I am at a loss here. Something is wrong with your root access...I think that is also causing you issues with razor.

Actually, I see an active rule in spamassassin for Barracuda Central already:

Re: Adding to Whitelist
Yep this is normal behavior. If you actually look at the MailScanner syntax in whitelist/blacklist text file, you'll understand the need for the word "default" or a domain to be present.
Re: hi
Yeah, leave it there unless you need to change it for a particular user. Default SA score is controlled in /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf.
We are talking about moving this to the web menu, and maybe dumping the Software Versions tab.

Re: how to connect EFA02 to EFA01 mysql.
I agree. This would be a great addition. It will take quite a bit of work to accomplish. Maybe have a Primary EFA (where sql lives) and secondaries that communicates with the primary.
