How would I replace all certificates used by EVA with proper ones?
Say for example from startssl.com? And where are they all being used? i.e. - apache2 - postfix - anywhere else? anywhere else? How about a GUI where we can copy/paste our certificate/key and save it for EFa to use? Or maybe is a solution using letsencrypt coming "soonish" ? => https://foru...

LXC template for EFA
I'm currently running EFA by using one of your provided KVM appliances but I'd much rather have it running inside an LXC container. I'm using Proxmox as my hypervisor and it is tightly integrated to use TKL LXC templates from here: https://www.turnkeylinux.org/ I prefer LXC to KVMs as there's less o...

Some probs with T_DKIM_INVALID
I've sent an email from Gmail to a naccount which is protected by EFA and spamassassin reported: 0.01 T_DKIM_INVALID Now I know that is a tiny score and it doesn't matter but why is it saying my DKIM is invalid? I've found a similar sounding bug report here: https://bz.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_b...

Re: Details about how report SPAM/HAM via signature works
Thanks. I suggest adding that fact to the descriptive text to avoid this question in the future: [EFA] Trusted Network Settings: [EFA] Trusted networks are networks from which you want to accept [EFA] spam submissions via the "Click here to report this message as spam" [EFA] link. All othe...

Re: Problems with mailscaner.cf
Thanks, I've opened the paste, switched to RAW view and copied the lines I was interested in, then pasted them into my config, deleting my original lines. Restarted Mailscanner.
Same problem still.
Can you check your Mailscanner Lint results from the GUI? Is your's OK?

Re: TxRep.pm error when trying to learn HAM from GUI
I saw a post here announcing it as a drop in replacement for AWL so I thought I'd give it a try. If you're interested, here are a few links to the same/similar bug: http://www.eee.hku.hk/~kmpoon/lists/spamassassin-talk/msg07481.html someone in this thread mentions: More testing shows that the issue ...

Re: Problems with mailscaner.cf
I've copied the text straight from my ssh session.
could you share your mailscanner.cf via pastebin (minus anything confidential of course) - that way I coudl copy/paste the relevant sections and see if anything changes.

No idea, it literally looks like this: # If you are using a UNIX machine with all database files on local disks, # and no sharing of those databases across NFS filesystems, you can use a # more efficient, but non-NFS-safe, locking mechanism. Do this by adding # the line "lock_method flock"...

TxRep.pm error when trying to learn HAM from GUI
I go to my EFA GUI, open a message and at the bottom I chose: SA Learn HAM, click OK, see this error: SA Learn: Use of uninitialized value $msgscore in addition (+) at /usr/share/perl5/vendor_perl/Mail/SpamAssassin/Plugin/TxRep.pm line 1415., Use of uninitialized value $msgscore in subtraction (-) a...

How is it fetched and updated?

Re: Quarantine Report to Admin
I'm wondering about the same. my EFA handles mail for 3 domains atm and has only 1 user, my admin user.
This morning my admin user received a report but it was restricted to my main domain and didn't show me all emails.

well, after using your user to ssh, simply do a "su root" enter the root password and then follow the other instructions given earlier.

Re: Incorporate extra signatures into clamav
I can see that EFA uses the clamav-unofficial signatures package but that is from 2013 and missing a lot of the newer developments made in the project I listed above which has support for subscription keys for several providers apart from malwarepatrol and also incorporates maldetect signatures. I w...

where did you place fprot? I put it into root while installing but it seems it needs a "permanent" place like /opt?

I think I am going to sit this one out:

Unable to update `antvir.def' with the provided license key.
The error message above should explain why.
