Re: rsync local
Some rbl services encourages the use of rsync to create a local copy of its zone To do this i think to create a centos machine with bind installed that rsync that zones To use it in EFA box better thing is siply compile EFA machines host table for that zones so it goes to local bind server ? Didn't...

Re: MSMilter not started after installation
I made the same comment to the hosting company, which is a huge global hosting company, and they told me that this is not an issue due to the way how they do their routing. The server is isolated on the network, but the router will do the work. And I have to say, it works indeed. I have many server...

Re: Interesting email based blacklist
Ok so I checked back after 24 hours, got 3 hits, 2 were false positives. Not looking to good for this hash based block list. I'll follow it over the next week and see what happens. the false positives were from: 3gigixgckbukyz2p0w9rzzrwp.nzxv7zyrxtoowp4z7y3st0.nzx@idverification.bounces.google.com a...

im not hipaa policy or compliance expert by any means, i do not have any medical credentials either. That doesn't mean i know what im talking, nor that these recomm...

Using v4 the HashBL plugin is already loaded in v342.pre but not listing any HashBL.pm file. I commented out loadplugin for hashbl in v342.pre file Why? Did you not see this: 15 November 2018 SpamAssassin 3.4.2 has added support for HASHBLs through its Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::HashBL plugin. To ...

Re: Eset scan.
I finally managed to solve my issu so if anybody got the same : selinux was blocking efa from using eset antivirus, I tried to make rules in order to let it works but it seems that eset is not compatible with selinux. So the only way to make it works was to disable slinux. Not sure i agree with you...

Re: EFA & PHI Emails
From my understanding any PHI in unencrypted email is a no no. To encrypt the email requires end to end configuration and not possible without controlling the other sides. People i know needing that end up using those encrypted email services you have to sign up for, or built-in to the emr. I also ...

URI DNS blocklist
Does eFa take advantage of
to keep down the number of uribl queries? If not can we add a feature request for this. Maybe even a mailwatch editable list for easy updates.
Code: Select all

Re: AutoReply - how to do it in EFA?
I can use transports rules with groups, but there is no option to send a message to sender. I would create a shared mailbox then create a transport rule that sends a copy of the messages to the your sales staff. Effectively making it a group with benefits.

If you don't want to use a shared mailbox then you can always use transport rules to do this as well.
