How do I clear used up space in VAR

I changed the message retention from 60 > 30 and now to 7

I 've run mailwatch_db_clean.php twice and rebooted

still around 60mb

What am i doing wrong ???

at the moment hosts have 192.168.1.0/24 meaning that all Servers on the LOCAL Lan are allowed I notice the description says LOCAL mail-servers or clients! are external Servers allowed ? if so, do I add the EXTERNAL IP i.e. 81.xx.xx.xx/29 so will have 192.168.1.0/24 81.x.x.x/29 for the hosts entry ??

For server INTERNAL to the LAN - If I simply setup EFA IP address the emails go out via EFA

a list come up headed whitelist

I have hundreds of of Domains
all with mailxxx.yyy.com etc

I can't see anyone white-listing these !

I saw that but the user has actually blacklisted these spammers
so I don't understand why they are white listed ?

is it possible some other user on the system has white listed ?

emails seem to get through to the user

Noticed a spam core of -1.97 to -3 on some of these !

Have asked user to forward me these emails and couple of them were picked up by EFA .... on the same spamfilter but different domain!

Currently, the Sender is notified but the Recipient does not know.
Often the Sender won't attempt a re-send !
