when creating the dir it say's it's allready there, with the chown no error

used it on several VM's with no issues just this one VM (ESX5.1)

in the EFA webinterface I see the following:


Please verify read permissions on /var/spool/postfix/hold and /var/spool/postfix/incoming.

what are they supposed to be?

yes permissions are set at 0777 and recursive set through the whle folder.

when installing the vm tools the following error occeurs

[root@EFAmailscanner vmware-tools-distrib]# ./vmware-install.pl --default
-bash: ./vmware-install.pl: Permission denied
user root has full permission on the folder

trying to configure the IPtables firewall within webmin for additional security.

When I add the module IP tables i get "Access denied : User root is not allowed to use the Linux Firewall module"
