Re: freshclam failing
We are having this same issue also running EFA 3.0.2.6. Also started March 1st. We are also unable to use any of the fixes above to resolve the issue. Seems like changes were made to Clamav site as of that date. Seems like ClamAV 0.99.2 is not being supported any more and would need to update to 0.1...

Re: Lots of important dropped emails
Sorry, mine came through just fine. Maybe your maillog from /var/log/maillog will have other details mine did not.

Re: Lots of important dropped emails
I solved my problem. Not an EFA issue at all. I remembered this morning that the day we stopped getting emails from RingCentral was the day we had a firmware update to our SD-WAN environment. So in our case apparently, the RingCentral mail servers use the same IP blocks as some of their other voice ...

Re: Lots of important dropped emails
Here's a more complete maillog with postfix debug_peer_level set to 10 and with ringcentral.com added to debug_peer_list in etc/postfix/main.cf Last time I had done a grep for ringcentral.com so it left out the lines in-between, but I don't know that this is any better. Mar 28 17:07:39 mailfilter1 p...

Re: Lots of important dropped emails
I am having this same problem that started just in the last couple of months with emails from ringcentral.com. But only the notification emails not the marketing stuff. Here are some logs after enabling debugging for ringcentral.com. I tried disabling the entries in main.cf as described with no chan...

Re: Update to 3.0.2.5 deactivates official certificates in postfix
Would this be the same reason httpd wouldn't start after upgrade to 3.0.2.5 since I also have commercial certificates installed? Is there already a post with the additional instructions for those with custom certificates already installed after 3.0.2.5?

Re: How to integrate E.F.A with Active Directory (Part 2)
I have found with any updates recently, this file is completely deleted so I have a copy stored in my own home directory that I have to copy back to the correct location: /usr/local/bin/mailwatch/tools/Cron_jobs/ and then chmod it to be executable. There is previous mention of flagging this as merge...

Re: Clamd issues: Messages Stuck in Virus Scan loop after upgrade to 3.0.2.1
Thanks perforator, I just increased my RAM from 2 to 4 GB also after seeing the following post which mirrored what I was seeing. Then I saw your reply. https://forum.efa-project.org/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2098 Looking at memory usage statistics in VMware it seems to be using that extra RAM. Maybe ...

Re: Clamd issues: Messages Stuck in Virus Scan loop after upgrade to 3.0.2.1
OK, still not fixed. Messages continue to get stuck in inbound queue. Error messages in maillog as show below. Re: Clamd issues: Messages Stuck in Virus Scan loop after upgrade to 3.0.2.1
After rebooting again found the following message in the maillog Apr 21 08:02:07 mailfilter1 postfix/smtpd[7059]: warning: database /etc/postfix/virtual.db is older than source file /etc/postfix/virtual So I ran sudo postmap /etc/postfix/virtual from the "Common Issues Upgrading from 3.0.1.8 an...

Clamd issues: Messages Stuck in Virus Scan loop after upgrade to 3.0.2.1
After upgrading to 3.0.2.1 we found that although messages were showing up on the Recent Messages page, they were not being delivered. A reboot temporarily fixed the issue, but it came back after a while. I am seeing this in the maillog over and over. It seems there is something wrong with Clam and ...

Re: Error updating from 3.0.1.8
I found the solution to my problem on another forum. I had tried yum-complete-transaction as was suggested by yum output, but that didn't help as it appears it was too late for that since I had tried updating multiple times without running that first it created some duplicate package stuff. What wor...

Error updating from 3.0.1.8 - Error: Package ntp-4.2.6p5-10.el6.centos.1.x86_64 (@updates)
On my first attempt to update from 3.0.1.8 to 3.0.1.9 it failed with "cannot allocate memory" errors. After rebooting and trying again more recently (now with 3.0.2.1 released) I am seeing a different error message. From looking at others' logs of their working installs everything above th...

Re: Releasing from the quaratine email
On my old ESVA 2.0.0.5 system I can confirm that the user does have to log in when clicking the links from the quarantine email, and it would then take them directly to the message. The return of that functionality would definitely be appreciated. It sounds like EndelWar's fix is the answer.

Re: How to integrate E.F.A with Active Directory on 3.0.0.5
I got this to work using one of the domains in my forest, but when I try to use the root domain of the forest and authenticate for other domains in the forest I can't get it to work. It will only authenticate for the forest root domain. I put in the two lines of code in the functions.php as instruct...

Re: How to integrate E.F.A with Active Directory (Part 2)
I just modified my script to use "mail" instead of "proxyaddresses" I did a find and replace for all instances of "proxyaddresses" to replace them, and also had to go through and delete any references to "smtp:" from each of the places where it was searching f...
