/etc/MailScanner/reports/en/inline.sig.html
There is also a .sig.txt.

Hello, just Installed EFA replacing GFI .... working fine so far. Wish to see better documentation, but it's up and running and everything seems to be working. Hope I can help improve the product if I can, great project.
