OK, Things are going better as I'm no longer being seen as a spam source (long story) short answer was smtp banner and reverse DNS issues.
New problem. When using mx-toolbox it's saying I'm a possible open relay. Initially it indicated I wasn't but I wasn't passing any emails either. Fixed the ...

Re: Problem with AD integration
If your referring to the functions.php I did that to indicate a comment as I copied the line before changing it. Was that incorrect?
Thanks.

Re: Problem with AD integration
Built a new box to test the AD integration with. After following the steps provided I get a page not found when trying to access the mailwatch. I've tried both http and https <IP Address>, same results.
I tried to attach a couple of txt files but the system doesn't allow txt files.

Re: Wildcards in Whitelist/blacklist
Went ahead and "added" the lines after the other smtpd lines and added /\.pw REJECT plus the others in the sender access file. Hope this is correct.
As a follow on is there a way to report number of rejected emails? By domain?
Thanks.
Richard.

Re: Wildcards in Whitelist/blacklist
OK. The information you've provided. Is this added to the existing main.cf or does it replace the two lines in the file?
Also sender_access is blank. Am I adding the /\.example$/ REJECT ? Or what? What I want to reject at this time is China (.cn), Russia (.ru), Palau (.pw) and .asia. How would I ...

Re: Wildcards in Whitelist/blacklist
I'd be interested in any solution. As I've mention I'm not very good with Linux (yet) so I'd need a bit of schooling on how to.

Re: Problem with AD integration
Fortunately I did. I do think I found my problem (besides errors in the files). I missed the very last step which was to install php-ldap.
BTW; what errors are you referring to?
Thanks.
[edit] OOPs reread your post. I'll recheck my changes.

Re: Wildcards in Whitelist/blacklist
Appears I've found my answer over on the mail scanner faq. Apparently you can't use wildcards at all. Looks like my blacklist is going to get VERY LARGE.

Re: Whitelist Blacklist a domain suffix?
Nope not working. Using either @pw or pw doesn't help. I've got others also.
{EDIT} found my answer on the mail scanner faq. No wild cards allowed. I hope this can be improved on.

Re: Hello from Central Texas
Thanks. I got efa up and running and it looks good. I'm impressed by the quality of work that's been put into this project. Only issues I've had are primarily me as I'm not well verse in Linux and I need a lot of documentation. That said I'm now in the process of tuning efa for better spam blockage ...

Re: Whitelist Blacklist a domain suffix?
Thanks, I'll give that a try.
Update; tried it with @34vps-fidelityhosts.us (usually the numbers keep changing) by changing it to @vps-fidelityhosts.us but they're still getting through. Any ideas?

Problem with AD integration
Using the steps outlined in the sticky above I attempted to integrate efa into AD. Made the changes as described in the conf.php and in the functions.php files. After the changes to those files it appeared that the rest of the document didn't pertain to what I wanted (basic AD integration). After ...

What wildcards are supported in the Whitelist/Blacklist on MailWatch? I've tried the "*" but it doesn't seem to work.
Thanks Richard.

Re: ADD Barracuda or other RBLS
I know this is getting to be an older post but when I came across it some questions were raised. Please bear with me as I'm not well versed in Linux but I'm learning. So where do you edit the configuration file mentioned? Can it be done though Webmin? -Shawniversion- mentioned do this in Postfix ...

Re: add domain
Fixed it (password). Now to configure. Problem was resolved by changing password for the user account. Turns out the "+" sign can't be used on Linux. Once I was able to find where to change it in Webmin and after fighting with Java I was able to change it to a more friendly password. After that it ...

Don't know why but when I log in as root it just takes me to the prompt. How do I start the configuration from there?
Thanks.
