How can i stop my users to receive a warning message for a mail with bad content ?

Hi all,
I have a little problem.
When i try to do :
sudo ./update-3.0.0.4-fix.sh
I have the error :
sudo: unable to execute ./update-3.0.0.4-fix.sh: Permission denied
I'm in the tmp directory
If i try : sudo sh /tmp/update-3.0.0.4-fix.sh/update-3.0.0.4-fix.sh
I have the error : /tmp/update-3 ...
