The solution was found using postfwd work like charm

because there are several time of some dump employees in our company that thier account hacked ! , and the attacker send about 25000 message !!

i got blacklsit several time for this type of shit

so any peson his account attak cannot send more than 100 / day and this good idea to prevent this ...

the efa project decline the message when it arrive limit for example 100/day
