Looks like a bug with ClamAV is causing an out of memory issue, which kills clamd. This results in the mail watch screen filling up with the same email every few seconds and shows one outgoing email queued. A reboot clears the issue, but come back around an hour later.

While watching the EFA-Update process run, I saw several times where it was trying to connect to raw.github.com and failing with a security message because the URL should be www.github.com according to the ssl certificate.
