Re: Rocky Linux 8
Guess you are the guinnea pig  Let me know how it goes and I can modify eFa to detect Rocky. I've upgraded from CentOS 8 to Rocky 8.4 and 8.5. eFa4 works great. No issues. This is much easier upgrade/migration path then moving to debian. And Rocky 8 is with support until "Planned EOL: 31s...

sa-comile is missing with upgrade to CentOS 8.4
CensOS 8.4 has a newer SpamAssassin version (3.4.4-3) without sa-compile. This results into a failed daily cron job of SpamAssassin.
Please upgrade the custom SpamAssassin of eFA package to be up-to-date with latest SpamAssassin including sa-compile.

Re: Greylist issues with IPv6
This is because the used ipv6 non EUI64 addresses the mailservers using. Like google mailservers uses many many many unique non EUI64 ipv6 addresses. And then it takes a very long time to get through the greylisting... You can patch this by change the following function in /usr/sbin/sqlgrey sub ipv6...

Re: SA Learn error
I had the same issue. I've fixed it with the following steps: 1. Into the file /var/spool/postfix/.razor/razor-agent.conf add the line razorhome = /var/spool/postfix/.razor 2. Into the file /etc/MailScanner/spamassassin.conf add the following section ifplugin Mail::SpamAssassin::Plugin::Razor2 razor...

Re: EFA v4
What components are you deeming as outdated on v3? I understand Pyzor and DCC are outdated, which are about to be fixed, but just curious for other concerns you have with it. If you mean just the CentOS 6.9 it is currently on, then I can fully understand that as well. like IPv6, DMARC, DKIM, up-to-...

Re: EFA v4
Is there any progress since April? In the github E-F-A/V4 has nothing changed in the code for already 5 months.
V3 is not suitable anymore for the current demands today.

Re: Next Major release OS version
At our company we have only Centos 7, except for eFa. The last system we need to "upgrade" is eFA. So I would like to start with eFa v4 to build it up on Centos 7. So I tried the build script as provided on GitHub. But the repo eFa v4 is empty (no access). Is there nothing available in the...
