I know that EFA good to go right after initial setup,

i have tried many different attachments like mp3, pdf, doc, xls, txt and others.
email with large files just wont go through.

Hi there,
Sorry, i don't have a clue about your issue but i do have a small advice.
Install EFA as a virtual machine. after finishing first setup and before update, create a snapshot.
This way if anything goes wrong U can always go back and save time and effort.

Using Webmin to flush.
The domains exist.
They are my customers.
I also noticed that only big email (above 1mb) get stuck and only when the receiving end has exchange 2010.
Loaded a snapshot from 2 weeks ago with the same problem.
