I've dropped to 15 days for space reasons until I can extend /var

I note the cron.daily clean.quarantine script has now gone after the latest updated.
How do I reduce the days to keep in quarantine rather than increasing disk space?

Spam filter had 280 messages sitting in incoming not processing, top showed the attached image where multiple imageCerberusEX processes were maxing the CPU and apparently doing sweet eff all
I've commented out the imageCerberus plugin and restarted mailscanner and its processing fine now, but this ...

Seems emails don't always get released or go through for whatever reason, then when user tries to rerelease it they get this message:

Right, so I fixed it, rather that doing what you said, the mv should be cp:

sudo cp /etc/pki/tls/private/localhost.key /etc/pki/tls/private/localhost.key.old
sudo cp /etc/pki/tls/certs/localhost.crt /etc/pki/tls/certs/localhost.crt.old
sudo openssl req -new -x509 -key /etc/pki/tls/private ...

I knew I should of snapshot before I made changes...

Using vmware

Still having issues with my second EFA server.
I'm kinda stumped, it seems to have issues to some mail servers and not to others (all Exchange 2010 behind same firewall gear)
Not doing Cisco SMTP inspect
MTU have tried putting it down, tried even lowering to 900

Doing port sniff on ...

We've had a number of issues with larger emails (up to 12mb, some 5, some 10) not flowing through to the mail servers.

I've just done the following:

[root@efa ~]# echo 0 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_window_scaling
[root@efa ~]# /etc/init.d/postfix restart

Which has appeared to fix the problem.

clamav kept crashing, I've tried updating it, I've now changed MailScanner.conf from having clamav as antivirus to none and its finally processing mail and sending it out

Oh another note in case it matters, I have greylisting turned off

Still no go for me, I just added my gmail account, didn't specify who to so it should whitelist for everyone, sent email through and not whitelisted, restarted mailscanner and tried again and still not whitelisted

When something is whitelisted, is it modifying mailscanner config is it?

I only use the admin user, our clients don't care for logging in and using it
So I've set up the from address as my personal gmail account, put nothing in the two boxes below, and tried putting my work email in the boxes below
I've also tried just putting gmail.com in the from box, still doesn't ...

How do you get it to scan up to 500kb emails?

Pretty much the only spam that seems to get through to us is chinese originated emails selling iphones and network gear.
I wouldn't want to pick up on it saying iphone or cisco as we deal with both fairly often under normal email discussion

It may confirm to spammers but its out job to then stop it

Its very important in a business sense as it tells customers etc that you are away and who to contact instead of you or when you're back

It certainly will be wanted, Out of office is important for business scenarios

I see in the old version instead of treat it as high or ham it specified 4, so it would get a higher setting
