It seems to be solved out!
The postfix was crashed: /var/lib/postfix/master.lock was unavailable or wrong permission.

So, I fixed this errors, but the emails arriving late also. When I restart the EFA, some email arrive, but then the next emails late 30-60-90 minutes. The sender email server got this error: dsn=4.4.1, status deferred, connetc to mail.xxx.xx:25 connection refused! Thank you any advise! Regards: Péter

Hello! My problem maybe not an error. I'd like to set, that the efa doesn't check whitelisted sender's attachment. Sometimes we get password-protected zip or pdf, and the efa blocked it. I don't want to turn off completely attachment checking, just on whitlisted senders. Is it possible? If yes, how?...

The EFA monitor stopped working sometimes for ~1-2 hour then restart automatically.
At mean time the emails are arriving but not shown in EFA.
What could be the problem?

I have similar problem. We got docx or pdf file, and the EFA transported to .bin file and blocked the message:

Report:
MailScanner: No programs allowed (160000.dat)
MailScanner: No programs allowed (160000.dat)

I've updated to 4.0.4-11 but the problem is persist.
