It seems to be solved out!
The postfix was crashed: /var/lib/postfix/master.lock was unavailable or wrong permission.

So, I fixed this errors, but the emails arriving late also.
When I restart the EFA, some email arrive, but then the next emails late 30-60-90 minutes.
The sender email server got this error: dsn=4.4.1, status deferred, connetc to mail.xxx.xx:25 connection refused!

2 days ago I updated the EFA for the latest packages. That time the emails arrive deferred.

My problem maybe not an error.
I'd like to set, that the efa doesn't check whitelisted sender's attachment.
Sometimes we get password-protected zip or pdf, and the efa blocked it.
I don't want to turn off completely attachment checking, just on whitlisted senders.
Is it possible?
If yes, how ...

The EFA monitor stopped working sometimes for ~1-2 hour then restart automatically.
At mean time the emails are arriving but not shown in EFA.
What could be the problem?

Sorry the latest answer.
So, when the EFA blocking xlsx file, the complete message is: The message is: "MailScanner: No programs allowed (92000.dat)" or (90000.dat etc).
And really the xlsx content a few bytes size dat file.
I can rename xlsx to zip and I can see the xlsx contain a .dat file ...

What do I check in /etc/MailScanner/filename.rules.conf ?

I have similar problem. We got docx or pdf file, and the EFA transported to .bin file and blocked the message:

Report:
MailScanner: No programs allowed (160000.dat)
MailScanner: No programs allowed (160000.dat)

I've updated to 4.0.4-11 but the problem is persist.
