Solved.
I am not sure if this is just me. My setup had a DNS name that did not match the internal network. real server name was server.123.com the server resolved to external.456.com from my workstation. So the web admin would not load. Matched all the names and I was up and running.

Configuration Login
Downloaded the .3 OVF today.
Created VM, ran the initial login scripts/ no issues.
After VM reboots, when I go to the sever IP via browser,
I get a redirect to index.html and a page not found error. Any ideas?
