Re: How to integrate E.F.A with Active Directory on 3.0.0.9
I'm trying to get E.F.A (postfix) to reject email addresses that don't exist on our Exchange server. So far it is not rejecting unknown addresses. Here is my config: #/etc/postfix/ldap_relay_recipient_maps.cf server_host = xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx search_base = DC=name,DC=local bind = yes bind_dn = snjlaw\pr...

Re: Upgrade to 3.0.2.2 Failing
That seems to have been the problem. Installed the new kernel, booted to CentOS ISO, and ran repair on Grub...it boots now
Thanks!

Re: Upgrade to 3.0.2.2 Failing
No, I don't get a boot screen at all. Just a blank screen, just before it would normally display the boot screen.
I'll try the recovery. I assume I do the update, and then boot to the iso, and there will be a grub recovery option??
Thanks!

Upgrade to 3.0.2.2 Failing
I start the update, it updates the kernel, successfully, tells me to reboot. I reboot, and the system hangs on black screen. Does not get to the centOS boot screen.
Any ideas? Anyone else experience this?
Thanks!
Quintin

Re: Spam Actions
Figured out that there is a conf.d folder in the MailScanner folder, and in there, baruwa.conf. I made the changes there...had to add the lines from MailScanner.conf that had to do with quarantining an infected file (silent, and normal).
Hopefully this helps someone else.

Re: Spam Actions
Further to this, it seems like no setting changes I make in /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf are taking effect. I had set it up to quarantine infected files, but that doesn't change either. I checked, and rechecked MailScanner.conf, and it has the correct settings. I have restarted MailScanner (sev...

Spam Actions
I am familiar with MailScanner - been using it for years. I really like this virtual appliance, and baruwa. Here's a problem I have discovered. I edited /etc/MailScanner.conf, and changed the low scoring action to store deliver, but it doesn't work, it only stores, will not deliver. I have restarted...

VMWare Tools
Not sure if this has been discussed (I just started using this image yesterday)...I noticed that it does not have VMWare tools built in, and I can't seem to install them. Anyone have VMWare tools installed? Care to share how?
Thanks!
