guys, is there a step by step guide on how to upgrade EFA CentOS 8 to CentOS Stream 8 or alternatives (Rocky, Almalinux)?
And which distr would you recommend?

That everything else is operating normally narrows this problem to something going on between mailscanner and/or mariadb. Try to identify a pattern.
