I would like to test various simulation for non-spam, spam and high-spam message.
Any site services that provide this? I don't have many emails or I can just use my own external mail?

Any templates will be greatly appreciated.

You may change the root password after completing the EFA setup.
sudo passwd root

Then enter you're new password for root. As per reading, there is no effect in EFA doing this.
