i think it's something about selinux
i have php7.4 a few days and no problem
if you check your efa updates
ls -alrt /var/log/eFa
you could see update.log have date of today
vi /var/log/eFa/update.log
"
checkmodule: loading policy configuration from /var/eFa/lib/selinux/eFa.te
checkmodule ...

Since i have version 4 of EFA we can't request or receive read or delivery request.
If we test internal that's all ok, so my exchange it's ok.
I try the solutions :

i try remove :
vi /etc/MailScanner/MailScanner.conf
#Remove These ...

My solution was
Build a new Vm minimal install
And use curl ....
I think the new script it’s different and now it’s all ok

yes i have two domains
and i can send and receive emails.
I have DKIM+DMARC+SPF installed and config+ RBL
All OK !!
The strange thing it's just the Blacklist And Whitelist Writes to MARIADB
the page it's like you can see ...empty
also if i check mysql db mailscanner table "maillog" it's empty ...

i 've installed from scratch new server EFA4
I can send and receive email, using whitelist and blacklist but i don't have any info in Recent Messages and in Quarantine.
Just empty....
Anyone with the same problem ?
