It’s happened because of Sophos AV which main body of virus data is out of date and suddenly starting to block legitimate mails, I know Sophos is discontinued but it was working fine along with clamav. Password protected zip file is blocked by SophosSAVI '.zip caused an error: File was encrypted (530)', where I need to change to disable this.
