with the query you gave me I can see all the messages marked as "learn as spam", and there is only the messages marked through the E.F.A web admin, and non of the messages marked using the link in the footage.

this is the query to use in a script to report that ...

this is to avoid releasing emails to invalid users to your zimbra server and prevent to send emails from an inexistent user (user spoofing)

2) change to root user (use your E.F.A web user/password)

- I need to disable the signature for clean outgoing messages.
- why?
- because if you sign the clean outgoing messages the DKIM signature gets invalid when the email body is modified.

- why disable the signature only in outgoing ...

my original message clearly says the EFA shows no problem, this means it open the webpage of the efa and show the default message when you report a message as spam.

as update I added in the second message, that I manage to edit the trusted networks file and now is working, there is no more error on ...

that is not the problem I posted in this thread.

I don't care if the message is spam or not, the link in the footer to mark the message as spam with sa-learn doesn't work. that's the problem.

I'm trying to disable the signature only on the outgoing clean mails, but it doesn't work, the only way I found is disable the clean message signature, but this is for incoming and outgoing emails.

I erased the trusted networks file and create it again and now there is no error.

I found this script to check this and the network match without problem, but it still doesn't mark the mails as spam

The if you have any control over the firewall, it should be easy for you.

If your firewall supports logging, then enable logging for any blocked port 25 attempts. That'll help you find any rogue mailers on your network.
