Re: High Scoring Spam Subject Text

You will need to submit a Pull Request with the Chinese language adaption over at the MailWatach repo. https://github.com/mailwatch/MailWatch We combine multiple open-source products, and a customization like that will need to be created at the source. Re: Installing SSL certs

A simple way to implement the SSL for all of the components you mentioned is to upgrade eFa to 3.0.2.5 and to enable the "Let's Encrypt" feature, after you have met the pre-reqs. There is a bug in the code, that in 3.0.2.5 that requires the hostname to be all lowercase, but in 3.0.2.6, the issue wil...

Re: Install

On one of your users, you should assign the alias of "root@sweetdreams.local" Depending on how you configured your receive connector with exchange (I'm assuming you are running exchange), either by IP or to use the default, it will only accept mail destined to authoritative domains. Depending on the...

Re: Slow Spam Reporting

Just to rule out modsecuirty, main menu 11 (apache) -> 2 (mod security) and type N when prompted if you want to enable it. It will stop/start apache and will then display a message saying its disabled. Does reporting still present same behavior? If so... When you did your custom port for the mailwat...

Re: Personal spam thresholds are ignored

Meaning if you receive email at "resumes@XYZ.com" and do not have an account for "resumes@XYZ.com" within eFa, then mail will not be scanned for spam/content at that point. Mail will still arrive to that user, just not protected at that point.

Re: Personal spam thresholds are ignored

Silly question, but did you enable per user scoring via the CLI/SSH? Menu option 6 (MailWatch Settings) -> 4 (Per User Scoring) -> Make sure it is maked as enabled Even though in the web GUI, it has the option for per-user scoring, it is ignored unless enabled via CLI/SSH. Please be sure to read the...

Re: Slow Spam Reporting

When a message gets reported, its updating your local DB, and reporting it to pyzor. Based on your video, it looks like your web service is stopping during the report. Do you get message from EFA monitor regarding httpd stopping and restarting unexpectedly? Have you done any customization to httpd o...
