In this case you will receive 2 reports.

This is almost a real showstopper.

I added the mentioned id 981247 into the modsecurity config and restarted httpd, but it didn't help.

I experience the same issue. I also put some long time ago the <style> attribute to the allowed tags, somewhere in the configs (I don't remember where exactly) but still have the same issue.
