Re: postscreen!

I am no expert in postfix, but I will try to attach the files once I've cleaned them from config stuff from my setup...

iRedMail also uses amavisd - so some minor tweaks are probably needed for that part....

iRedMail also uses postscreen - inspiration could come from there as well (I have a test-system running with iRedMail - so I can grab some info from there)...

Re: Enter UID for securiteinfo.com URL's for ClamAV updates during config

Hi

I actually did this change on my CentOS 7.x template... the code just needs to be included in the official EFA repo...

Tagged addresses

Hi Some years ago (8-10 years, if I remember correctly), I was experimenting with mail (qmail). My attention came to TMDA (www.tmda.net)... One feature I especially like on this package, is the tagged addresses (either limited by who can send to a target address - or a time limited address).. It cou...

Enter UID for securiteinfo.com URL's for ClamAV updates during config

Hi It would be nice, if it was possible to enter the unique identifier in the URL for ClamAV updates from securiteinfo.com during configuration - so that the customurl's could be added automatically to freshclam.conf (if no UID from the securiteinfo.com URL's is entered, no modifications should be d...

Re: Next Major release OS version

Will it make sense to convert some of the tar.gz files to RPM packages (even though most of the contents simply is copied to the target location) ?

It will make it easier to update components simply by using the yum command....

Re: A bit of help needed - CentOS 7 ?

I found out, that is is caused by the way the monitoring script is checking whether MailScanner is running or not...
The output from the ps command looks a bit different - so some tweaking is probably required there (even though MailScanner still is called via the old /etc/init.d script)

Would you be interrested in testing the VM image (just deployed, no configuration has been run) ? Parts of the config script (and other scripts - including the cron script for monitoring) probably needs to be adjusted - but it will be a place to start...

Re: Next Major release OS version

Also I want to start testing with EFA packages, I know how to package and maintain .deb packages but never created .rpm's (and last time I tried I run into some dependencies issues and gave up as source install was simple enough...) Ok maybe I sould read a few howto's :geek: EPEL has a lot covered ...

A bit of help needed - CentOS 7 ?

Hi I am trying to get EFA up and running on CentOS 7.0 (and yes, I know it is intended for CentOS 6.x)... So far I got more or less all components installed, even though I had to build some RPM's myself... After starting/configuring the appliance, I see this in the log: Nov 11 22:59:01 localhost roo...
