Used the EFA rename function, but did not recreate self-signed SSL

just as the title says, i cloned an EFA system, then used the rename function, but the self-signed SSL is still the cert-name of the old server.

is there a way i can re-generate the self-signed cert based on the new hostname?

Re: Lots of important dropped emails

the easiest to "control" emails that i am not getting, as the TxDPS e-reminders for your vehicle state registration. you can put in the last 4 ofyour VIN and licnense tag here, and the email is supposed show up in a couple minutes:

unlikely, its Bank Of America and Chase, And Texas Department of Public Safety.

so verbose debugging on my end is probably what it is going to have to be.

database components backup/export/import to new EFA?

i am considering building a new EFA in place of one that will no longer authenticate to AD. if that does end up resolving the problem, what do i do about all the spam database data i have built up on the original one that has been in operation for a year? is there a procedure somewhere to recover th...

EFA Monitor ALERT message

message is too generic, it should include the name of the server that sent it. here is the body of the message:

Service MailScanner down and restarted ( 1 attempts in past day, max attempts is 3 )

Please examine your EFA logs on altor.thought.org and resources to determine cause of failure.

Re: Some messages are being "defaced"

BTW... turning that off increases your risk of falling prey to phishing scams by an exponential amount. can you users really not live with it when a URL in an email does not match up to the actual URL in the click (when it differs from what it says?) i have users who have had the same complaint, and...

i would like to see all yes/no decisions either be always capital, or always lower case. right now we have a mix of the two, and its difficult to memorize which one its going to be depending on what task i am performing :)
