MailScanner Processing Attempts Bug

Post by shawniverson »

http://lists.mailscanner.info/pipermail ... 01246.html

This is causing some issues for some EFA users out there with high email traffic. I didn't understand what was causing it, but this MailScanner list post provides insight and a workaround, specifically for CentOS 6.

I'm wondering why this mailscanner issues are not promptly managed by the mailscanner dev team.
I've seen at least two bugs on this list not fixed.

I am not sure, but I will do what I can to help resolve them. Hopefully MailScanner team will release an update soon to resolve some of these issues.

This should already be disabled in MailScanner from a previous update to EFA....

Code: Select all

Maximum Processing Attempts = 0
